Why Do You Need Live Chat?

I went almost a year into my first membership site before I added Live Chat to my sites. Boy was that a mistake!

This is the most instant relevant feedback you can get from your customers because they are on your site live looking for answers. 

I learned a lot about what teachers were looking for, what they didn't like, issues with my website I didn't know about, and much more!

This feedback is crucial in the beginning days of your website because you don't know what you don't know (they will tell you) and you want to make sure everything is working properly (they will also tell you).

Live Chat Settings

• Click on Integrations and choose ActiveCampaign
• You will need an API URL and Key from your ActiveCampaign account. To get it:

1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account
2. Go to the 'Settings' section
3. Select 'Developer'
4. Copy the API URL and key
5. Paste them when creating a new connection with Tidio
6. Save a new connection and proceed to the next step
