📢 Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes the following:

Your name, address, phone number, and email.

Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL of where it appeared before it was taken down.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located—or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where we are located.

We may restore the material in question within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files a court action against you.

In accordance with the DMCA, TeacherCareerChanger.com will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
